This is the subflooring beneath my toilet. 


I found this damage when I went into the crawl space to change the airfilter. Something told me that I should check out our plumbing to make sure everything was alright. I noticed that some of the pipes were wet and then looked up and saw the horror. I had Ashley test the faucet, toilet, and shower. When she flushed the toilet, it poured down the side of the pipe like rain. Apparently, this has been going on for some time. Wood does not rot overnight.
