Bike Upgrades

I think that during the cycling offseason, I would like to do some hardware upgrades for my mountain bike. I have a 2003 Haro ICS 4 with Rockshox Judy TT front fork. I really need to raise my stem/handlebar. I've realized that I'm putting too much weight on my arms and back.

front fork: Marzocchi MX Comp ETA - $349
handlebars: Bontrager Crow Bar - $30

bought Easton EA50 Monkey Bar handle bars.
